Persons wishing to address the VALE Board Must submit a written request no later than 5 days prior to a scheduled VALE Board meeting to the VALE Administrator at the address provided in this notice. Written requests to address the Board will be deferred to the next scheduled meeting if received less than five working days before the meeting.
The members of the 9th Judicial District VALE board, upon affirmative vote of two thirds of the quorum present, may hold an executive session pursuant to the Colorado Open Meeting Law (C.R.S. 24-6-402(4) et seq.) and VALE Board Bylaws.
