People wishing to address the VALE Board Must submit a written request no later than 30 days prior to a scheduled VALE Board meeting to the VALE Administrator at the address provided in this notice. Written requests to address the Board will be deferred to the next scheduled meeting.
The members of the 9th Judicial District VALE board, upon affirmative vote of two thirds of the quorum present, may hold an executive session pursuant to the Colorado Open Meeting Law (C.R.S. 24-6-401 and 402, C.R.S.), and VALE Board Bylaws and are not open for comment or discussion.

To ensure an equitable and fair process for all CVC applicants, and preserve CVC claim confidentiality pursuant to C.R.S. 24-4.1-107.5, people attending the CVC meeting may not address the CVC board during the meeting. If there is a matter you wish the CVC board to consider, please outline the request in writing and submit it no later than 5 days prior to a scheduled CVC Board meeting to the CVC Administrator at the address provided in this notice. Written requests submitted for CVC board consideration at a monthly meeting will be deferred to the next scheduled meeting if received less than five working days before the meeting.
The members of the 9th Judicial District CVC board, upon affirmative vote of two thirds of the quorum present, may hold an executive session pursuant to the Colorado Open Meeting Law (C.R.S. 24-6-402(4) et seq.) and CVC Bylaws.
